At Dazuma, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Dazuma account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
